目的：探讨在老年高血压患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术中，全身麻醉和全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉的麻醉效果。方法将我院老年高血压患者120例分为研究组和对照组各60例，对照组应用全身麻醉方法，研究组应用全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉方法，对两组患者的血流动力学情况、激素水平和术后麻醉恢复情况进行比较，对比两组患者的麻醉效果。结果麻醉前，两组血流动力学情况无明显差异（P ＞0.05）；在插管后当刻、气腹后10 min、拔管前当刻，两组血氧饱和度无明显差异（P＞0.05），但是研究组 SBP、DBP、心率、明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；研究组术后恢复时间明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉在老年高血压患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术中，有良好效果。
목적：탐토재노년고혈압환자복강경담낭절제술중，전신마취화전신마취연합경막외마취적마취효과。방법장아원노년고혈압환자120례분위연구조화대조조각60례，대조조응용전신마취방법，연구조응용전신마취연합경막외마취방법，대량조환자적혈류동역학정황、격소수평화술후마취회복정황진행비교，대비량조환자적마취효과。결과마취전，량조혈류동역학정황무명현차이（P ＞0.05）；재삽관후당각、기복후10 min、발관전당각，량조혈양포화도무명현차이（P＞0.05），단시연구조 SBP、DBP、심솔、명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）；연구조술후회복시간명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론전신마취연합경막외마취재노년고혈압환자복강경담낭절제술중，유량호효과。
Objective To discuss the anesthetic effect of general anesthesia(GA) and GA combined with epidural anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) of elderly hypertension patients. Methods 120 cases of elderly hypertension patients were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group averagely. Control group received GA,and study group received GA combined with epidural anesthesia. Results Before anesthesia, Blood flow dynamics between the two groups showed no statistical significance, P>0.05. At the moment after intubation, 10min after pneumoperitoneum,and the moment before extubation, oxygen saturation of two groups showed no statistical significance (P>0.05). SBP, DBP and heart rate of study group were significantly lower than the control group, P<0.05. Postoperative recovery time of study group was lower than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In LC of elderly hypertension patients, GA combined with epidural anesthesia has good effect.
