随着血浆净化技术的不断发展，特别是双重滤过血浆净化及血浆吸附等新型血浆净化技术的应用，其治疗范围、治疗效果、临床可行性均大幅提高。血浆净化疗法不仅能直接清除血浆中的致病物质、改善微循环，还能起到免疫调节作用。目前我国血浆净化技术在临床多学科的推广应用与国外发达国家尚有一定差距。血浆净化治疗技术应用过程中需要注意治疗指征、时机、剂量和疗程等方面的问题，特别要注意标准化操作规程（SOP），并掌握血浆净化各种并发症的防治，从而安全有效地应用血浆净化治疗技术。
隨著血漿淨化技術的不斷髮展，特彆是雙重濾過血漿淨化及血漿吸附等新型血漿淨化技術的應用，其治療範圍、治療效果、臨床可行性均大幅提高。血漿淨化療法不僅能直接清除血漿中的緻病物質、改善微循環，還能起到免疫調節作用。目前我國血漿淨化技術在臨床多學科的推廣應用與國外髮達國傢尚有一定差距。血漿淨化治療技術應用過程中需要註意治療指徵、時機、劑量和療程等方麵的問題，特彆要註意標準化操作規程（SOP），併掌握血漿淨化各種併髮癥的防治，從而安全有效地應用血漿淨化治療技術。

Along with the continuous development of plasmapheresis techniques, especially with the application of serials of new plasmapheresis techniques such as double filtration plasmapheresis and plasma adsorption, the clinical application, efficacy and feasibility were significantly improved. Plasmapheresis therapies could not only directly remove pathogenic substance from plasma, improve microcirculation, but also play immunoregulatory roles. In our country, the clinical application of plasmapheresis techniques in various clinical subjects is still a bit behind the developed countries. For the effective and safe application, more attention should be paid to the indication, optimal time, dosage and course. Particularly the standard operation procedure (SOP) must be followed and the prevention and treatment of various complications of plasmapheresis should be known well.
