根据曲轴圆角滚压加工过程,文章采用ANSYS/Workbench仿真软件建立了曲轴滚压有限元简化模型,施加了相应的边界条件,进行了曲轴圆角滚压强化加工数值模拟,得到了滚压加工后圆角处多个角度的应力和应变的分布趋势。仿真结果表明,通过有限元分析方法可以为实际曲轴加工和测试提供参考,并且合理的滚压力能有效地增大滚压后产生的残余压缩应力和应变,提高加工质量。
根據麯軸圓角滾壓加工過程,文章採用ANSYS/Workbench倣真軟件建立瞭麯軸滾壓有限元簡化模型,施加瞭相應的邊界條件,進行瞭麯軸圓角滾壓彊化加工數值模擬,得到瞭滾壓加工後圓角處多箇角度的應力和應變的分佈趨勢。倣真結果錶明,通過有限元分析方法可以為實際麯軸加工和測試提供參攷,併且閤理的滾壓力能有效地增大滾壓後產生的殘餘壓縮應力和應變,提高加工質量。

Based on the process of crankshaft fillet rolling and the ANSYS/Workbench simulation soft‐ware ,the simplified finite element model was built ,the boundary conditions were applied on ,and then the numerical simulation of the toughened process of crankshaft rolling was carried out .The dis‐tribution trend of residual stress and strain on the fillet of crankshaft was obtained .The results of fi‐nite element method(FEM ) can provide a reference for the crankshaft fabrication and test .In addi‐tion ,appropriately controlled rolling forces can effectively increase the residual stress and strain of crankshaft fillet and raise rolling process quality .
