目的分析乳腺粘液腺癌的超声图像特征，以提高超声对其诊断的正确率。方法对经手术病理确诊的25例乳腺粘液腺癌-普勒特征及腋下淋巴结受累情况。结果25例肿瘤(其中单纯型16例16个病灶，混合型9例9个病灶，共25个病灶)，超声表现为边界欠清者11例(44%)，形态不规则者(分叶状)17例(68%)，边缘呈"毛刺征"2例(8%)，病灶内见微钙化者2例(8%)，14例肿瘤后方回声增强(56%)；彩色多普勒表现：边缘血流为主15例(60%)，内部血流为主7例(28%)，内部血流与周边血流并存者2例(8%)，其中1例肿瘤未见明显血流信号；腋窝淋巴结转移2例(8%)。结论乳腺粘液腺癌有一定的超声图像特征，部分容易误诊，尤其是单纯型。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of ultrasonic imaging of mucinous breast carcinoma,in order to improve the diagnosis accuracy through ultrasound.Methods To car y out retrospective analysis on the ultrasound images of 25 cases of mucinous breast carcinoma (25 lesions)confirmed through surgical pathology,to analyze the characteristics of ultrasonic imaging and color Doppler andthe involvement conditions of axil ary lymph nodes.Results 25 cases of tumor (16cases among which are simple type with 16 lesions,9 cases are mixed type with 9 lesions,25 lesions in total),ultrasonography findings showing 11 cases with obscureboundaries(44%),17 cases with ir egular shape(68%),2 cases with speculation in the margin(8%),2 cases with microcalcification found inside lesions(8%),14 cases with echo enhancement in posterior tumor(56%);color Doppler findings:marginal blood flow as primary in 15 cases(60%),internal blood flow as primary in 7 cases(28%),coexistence of internal blood flow and marginal blood flow in 2 cases(8%),one case of tumor without obvious blood flow signal;2 cases of axil ary lymph node metastasis(8%).Conclusion Certain ultrasonic imaging characteristics in mucinous breast carcinoma,easily to be misdiagnosed,especial y simple type.
