目的：分析治疗便秘型肠易激综合征中燕麦配合调肝理脾通腑中药的临床疗效。方法选取从2014年3月～2015年3月收治的便秘型肠易激综合征80例，随机分为对照组（40例）与观察组（40例），对照组采用聚乙二醇4000，观察组采取燕麦配合调肝理脾通腑中药，对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为95.00%，对照组总有效率为75.00%，观察组明显高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论对便秘型肠易激综合征采用燕麦配合调肝理脾通腑中药治疗，效果显著。

목적：분석치료편비형장역격종합정중연맥배합조간리비통부중약적림상료효。방법선취종2014년3월～2015년3월수치적편비형장역격종합정80례，수궤분위대조조（40례）여관찰조（40례），대조조채용취을이순4000，관찰조채취연맥배합조간리비통부중약，대비량조림상료효。결과관찰조총유효솔위95.00%，대조조총유효솔위75.00%，관찰조명현고우대조조（P ＜0.05）。결론대편비형장역격종합정채용연맥배합조간리비통부중약치료，효과현저。
Objective To analysis of treating constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome of oats with adjustable liver spleen on relieving the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods From March 2014 to March 2015 80 cases constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into control group (40) and the observation group (40), the control group using polyethylene glycol (peg) 4000, observation group oats with adjustable liver spleen on relieving TCM, compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results The total effective rate was 95.00%, observing group, control group total effective rate was 75.00%, the observation group is significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome with oats with adjustable liver spleen on relieving TCM treatment, obvious effect.
