目的：探讨大株红景天胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛患者血栓形成的影响。方法将韶关市第三人民医院内科收治的80例不稳定型心绞痛患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组，各40例。对照组患者给予常规治疗，试验组患者在其基础上加用大株红景天胶囊治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效及血脂、血液流变学变化。结果治疗后，试验组患者的三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、总胆固醇均明显低于对照组，高密度脂蛋白明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；试验组患者的全血黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积、血小板聚集率均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论大株红景天胶囊可明显降低不稳定型心绞痛患者的血小板聚集作用，抑制血栓形成，改善心功能，对心绞痛具有良好的缓解作用。
목적：탐토대주홍경천효낭대불은정형심교통환자혈전형성적영향。방법장소관시제삼인민의원내과수치적80례불은정형심교통환자안수궤수자표법분위대조조화시험조，각40례。대조조환자급여상규치료，시험조환자재기기출상가용대주홍경천효낭치료，비교량조환자적림상료효급혈지、혈액류변학변화。결과치료후，시험조환자적삼선감유、저밀도지단백、총담고순균명현저우대조조，고밀도지단백명현고우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0.05）；시험조환자적전혈점도、섬유단백원、홍세포압적、혈소판취집솔균명현저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0.05）。결론대주홍경천효낭가명현강저불은정형심교통환자적혈소판취집작용，억제혈전형성，개선심공능，대심교통구유량호적완해작용。
Objective To investigate the effect of large strains of the capsule on thrombosis in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods 80 cases of unstable angina patients treated in Department of internal medicine, Third People's Hospital of Shaoguan city were randomly divided into control group and experimental group 40 cases in each group.Control group were treated with conventional therapy,the experimental group patients in on the basis of conventional treatment combined with strains of Rhodiola capsule treatment,compared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and serum lipid,blood rheology changes.Results After treatment,and patients in the experimental group,triglyceride,low density lipoproteins and total cholesterol were significantly lower than those of the control group,high density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly higher than that of the control group,differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05).The patients in the experimental group,whole blood viscosity,fibrin fibrinogen, red cel hematocrit,platelet aggregation rate were significantly lower than control group,differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The capsule can significantly reduce the platelet aggregation in patients with unstable angina,inhibit thrombosis,improve cardiac function,and have good effect on the angina pectoris.
