目的:探讨不同辅助通气方法对心肺复苏的影响。方法选择钦州市第二人民医院2011年1月至2013年7月院内出现心跳呼吸骤停的患者60例进行心肺复苏,按照随机数字表法分为球囊面罩通气组、球囊气管插管通气组和机械通气组,各20例,分析三组患者的自主循环恢复率、平均心跳恢复时间、平均动脉压、指脉氧饱和度。结果三组复苏成功率、平均动脉压比较差异无统计学意义( P>0.05);球囊面罩通气组、球囊气管插管通气组平均心跳恢复时间均短于机械通气组[(11.2±1.2) min,(13.8±1.3) min比(19.5±1.7) min,P<0.05];球囊面罩通气组、球囊气管插管通气组指脉氧饱和度显著高于机械通气组(0.721±0.012,0.720±0.012比0.628±0.012,P <0.05)。结论球囊面罩通气和球囊气管插管通气可使患者更早恢复心跳,保证氧供,有利于脑复苏。

목적:탐토불동보조통기방법대심폐복소적영향。방법선택흠주시제이인민의원2011년1월지2013년7월원내출현심도호흡취정적환자60례진행심폐복소,안조수궤수자표법분위구낭면조통기조、구낭기관삽관통기조화궤계통기조,각20례,분석삼조환자적자주순배회복솔、평균심도회복시간、평균동맥압、지맥양포화도。결과삼조복소성공솔、평균동맥압비교차이무통계학의의( P>0.05);구낭면조통기조、구낭기관삽관통기조평균심도회복시간균단우궤계통기조[(11.2±1.2) min,(13.8±1.3) min비(19.5±1.7) min,P<0.05];구낭면조통기조、구낭기관삽관통기조지맥양포화도현저고우궤계통기조(0.721±0.012,0.720±0.012비0.628±0.012,P <0.05)。결론구낭면조통기화구낭기관삽관통기가사환자경조회복심도,보증양공,유리우뇌복소。
Objective To investigate the effects of different methods of assisted ventilation during car-diopulmonary resuscitation( CPR) . Methods Total of 60 patients of cardiopulmonary arrest for resuscitation in Qinzhou City Second People′s Hospital from Jan. 2011 to Jul. 2013 were selected. They were randomly divided into the balloon mask ventilation group,balloon intubation ventilation group,mechanical ventilation group according to random number table method,20 cases in each group. Recovery rate of spontaneous circu-lation,the average heart recovery time, mean arterial pressure, mean pulse oxygen saturation of the three groups were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the success rate of recovery and mean arterial pressure of the three groups (P>0. 05). The average heart recovery time of balloon mask ventilation group and balloon intubation ventilation group was shorter than the mechanical ventilation group[(11. 2 ± 1.2)min,(13.8±1.3)minvs(19.5±1.7)min,P<0.05].Thefingerpulseoximetryofballoonmask ventilation group and balloon intubation ventilation group was higher than mechanical ventilation group (0.721±0.012,0.720±0.012 vs0.628±0.012,P<0.05).Conclusion Balloon mask ventilation and balloon endotracheal intubation assisted ventilation allows patients to restore the heartbeat earlier, ensuring oxygen supply and helping the brain recovery.
