目的：分析麝香保心丸治疗超高龄心肌梗死的疗效及预后。方法将85例患者分为治疗组45例和对照组40例，分别经麝香保心丸、安慰剂治疗。结果两组总有效率、超声心动图、再发病率、死亡率、心脑血管事件发生率对比，P ＜0.05。结论麝香保心丸治疗超高龄心肌梗死效果显著。
목적：분석사향보심환치료초고령심기경사적료효급예후。방법장85례환자분위치료조45례화대조조40례，분별경사향보심환、안위제치료。결과량조총유효솔、초성심동도、재발병솔、사망솔、심뇌혈관사건발생솔대비，P ＜0.05。결론사향보심환치료초고령심기경사효과현저。
Objective To analyze the HMP super-aging treatment efficacy and prognosis of myocardial infarction. Methods 85 patients were divided into treatment group of 45 patients and a control group of 40 patients, were treated with HMP, placebo. Results The total effective rate, echocardiography, and then morbidity, mortality, cardiovascular event rate comparison, P<0.05. Conclusion HMP treatment in very elderly MI effect is remarkable.
