目的：对和胃通降汤在胃食管反流病的临床治疗中的作用进行分析。方法选取2014年2月～2015年6月经胃镜等临床检查确诊并且在我院接受治疗的胃食管反流病患者55例，将患者随机分为对照组（26例）和治疗组（29例），观察常规西药治疗和和胃通降汤治疗的效果并比较。结果治疗组患者的治愈率以及治疗总有效率分别为69%和93.1%，均高于对照组患者的46.2%和73.1%；治疗组患者的复发率为6.9%（2/29），显著低于对照组患者的23.1%（6/26），差异显著，具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论和胃通降汤治疗胃食管反流病的疗效确切，能够使患者的泛酸、烧心、反食等临床症状得到显著改善，对降低复发率具有重要作用。

Objective Effect of Hewei Tongjiang decoction in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease is to be studied. Methods Chose 55 patients of gastroesophageal reflux disease who were diagnosed and treated in hospital from February 2014 to June 2015 and separated 26 patients into control group and 29 patients into study group and then observe treatment effects of western medication and Hewei Tongjiang decoction between two groups. Results Patients’ treatment efficiency and efficacy in study group were 69% and 93.1%, which were much higher than 46.2% and 73.1%in control group; and in addition, patients’ illness reoccurrence rate in study group was 6.9% (2/29), which was less than 23.1% (6/26) in control group, there was a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value (P<0.05). Conclusion Hewei Tongjiang decoction is effective in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, such a treatment is conducive to improve patients’ symptoms of pantothenic acid, heartburn feeling and regurgitation; thus, such a treatment method is of importance to reduce illness reoccurrence.
