目的：通过短信平台努力提高出院病案及时归档率。方法通过应用短信平台群发短信功能给全院各科管床医师和相关职能科室领导发送短信的方式，结合其他有力的措施，提高病案及时归档。结果通过短信平台的使用，出院病案48小时归档率，由2014年1月的54.91%上升至2015年2月的98.02%。结论短信平台的应用，使病案归档率达到三级医院评审病案两天归档率≥95%的 A 级标准，提高了医院各级部门对病案及时归档重要性的认识，规范化程度进一步加强，同时也提高了病案管理的工作效率，提高了服务质量。
목적：통과단신평태노력제고출원병안급시귀당솔。방법통과응용단신평태군발단신공능급전원각과관상의사화상관직능과실령도발송단신적방식，결합기타유력적조시，제고병안급시귀당。결과통과단신평태적사용，출원병안48소시귀당솔，유2014년1월적54.91%상승지2015년2월적98.02%。결론단신평태적응용，사병안귀당솔체도삼급의원평심병안량천귀당솔≥95%적 A 급표준，제고료의원각급부문대병안급시귀당중요성적인식，규범화정도진일보가강，동시야제고료병안관리적공작효솔，제고료복무질량。
Objective To increase the timely archiving rate of discharged medical records through the efforts of short message platform. Methods To improve the timely archiving of medical records in the form of sending short message to the doctors in each department and leaders in relevant functional office with the application of the bulk SMS function of the short message platform combined with other effective measures. Results With the application of short message platform, the 48 hours' archiving rate was increased from 54.91% in January 2014 to 98.02% in February 2015. Conclusions The application of short message platform made the medical record archiving rate reached three level of hospital medical record review A-level standards, the two days’archiving rate was greater than 95% requirements,improved the understanding of hospital medical records departments at all levels of the importance of timely filing, standardization degree was strengthened further, and also improved the work efficiency of medical record management as well as the service quality in our hospital.
