自噬(autophagy)是存在于真核生物中对细胞内物质进行转换的一种生命现象，是一个可以清除受损或功能障碍的细胞器和蛋白质聚集体从而帮助维持细胞内环境稳态的自身消耗过程。在心脏中，自噬是一个可以被急性和慢性缺血激活的对外界刺激的适应过程。目前已有证据证明自噬在心肌缺血-再灌注(myocardial ischemia/reperfusion，I/R)过程中同时具有有利和有害的双重作用，并在此过程中受多种因素的调控。本文将简述自噬在心肌I/R过程中的作用及可能机制。

Autophagy is a physiological phenomenon that could convert the intracel ular substances in eukaryotes and a housekeeping process which helps to remove damaged or dysfunctional organel es and protein aggregates. In the heart,autophagy can be activated by acute and chronic ischemia and adapt to this stimulus. Recent evidence indicates that autophagy can have both beneficial and detrimental roles in the myocardium and regulated by many factors in the process. In this review,we discuss the possible functions and mechanism that autophagy might play in the process of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion.
