目的：通过检索文献探讨运用中西医结合和西药治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法：检索2010年1月至2015年5月中国知网（CNKI）、维普网（VIP）中关于中西医结合治疗急性痛风性关节炎的随机对照试验研究文献，对所有符合纳入标准的文献进行Jadad质量标准评分，纳入符合标准的文献共24篇，运用ReviewManager 5.1统计软件进行Meta分析。结果：异质性检验：χ2=37.84，I2=39%<50%，异质性检验差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有同质性；合并效应量统计RR =1.21>1，95%CI=[1.17，1.25]>1，Z =10.84（P<0.00001），因此认为中西医结合治疗组和西药对照组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效优于西药。
목적：통과검색문헌탐토운용중서의결합화서약치료급성통풍성관절염적료효。방법：검색2010년1월지2015년5월중국지망（CNKI）、유보망（VIP）중관우중서의결합치료급성통풍성관절염적수궤대조시험연구문헌，대소유부합납입표준적문헌진행Jadad질량표준평분，납입부합표준적문헌공24편，운용ReviewManager 5.1통계연건진행Meta분석。결과：이질성검험：χ2=37.84，I2=39%<50%，이질성검험차이무통계학의의（P>0.05），구유동질성；합병효응량통계RR =1.21>1，95%CI=[1.17，1.25]>1，Z =10.84（P<0.00001），인차인위중서의결합치료조화서약대조조료효비교，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：중서의결합치료급성통풍성관절염료효우우서약。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of treating acute gout arthritis with combined Chinese and Western medicine or Western medicine.Methods:Literature from January 2010 to May 2015 on the treatment of acute gout arthritis with combined Chinese and Western medicine was searched from the websites of CNKI and VIP.24 essays were chosen to make a quality score with Jadad rating scales and make a meta-analysis with statistical software Review Manager 5.1.Results:Test for heterogeneity was χ2 = 37.84,I2 = 39%< 50%,the difference of which had no statistical significance.The combined effect size statistics was RR = 1.21> 1,95%CI =[1.17,1.25]> 1,Z = 10.84(P< 0.000 01).Therefore,the difference of curative effects between traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine was statistically signiifcant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Treating acute gout arthritis with combined Chinese and Western medicine has a better clinical efifcacy than that of the control group with Western medicine.
