当前,共同配送中出现的问题在很大程度上是配送体系各主体间业务、资源、信息等配送要素不协调、不匹配所导致的,挖掘共同配送中各主体协同的本质和内涵,强化共同配送协同效应至关重要。文章基于协同学理论,以新的视角和方法探索影响共同配送联盟组织健康发展的主要参量,建立了涵盖组织协同、资源协同、业务协同、信息协同等的共同配送协同机制模型及要素结构模型,并借助文献研究、专家会议、问卷调查、主成分分析等方法构建衡量共同配送协同效应的评价体系,可帮助共同配送组织衡量共同配送实施效果并发现短板,提高共同配送联盟的成功率与协同效益。

At present,most of the problems with joint distribution are caused by the incoordination and mismatching among different main players in terms of such distribution factors as business,resources,and information. Finding out the nature and implication of collaboration among different main players in joint distribution is the key for the improvement of joint distribution effects. Based on the theory of synergetic,with a new perspective and method,the authors explore the parameters that influence the healthy development of the joint distribution alliance,and establish the relations among the factors through the joint distribution cooperative mechanism model and factor structure model. Then based on the methods of literature research,expert meetings,questionnaires,and principal component analysis,the authors construct an evaluation system to measure the co-distribution synergy effect,which can be used to help the organizations of joint distribution to measure the joint distribution effect,find out the short board,and improve the success rate and synergies of the joint distribution alliance.
