目的：探讨舒筋活络洗剂在治疗骨折后膝关节挛缩中的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年6月～2015年1月收治的下肢骨折后膝关节挛缩患者67例，按随机数字表法分为对照组33例，观察组34例，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组患者采用舒筋活络洗剂治疗，对比临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组，治疗后疼痛及肌肉挛缩评分改善情况优于对照组，数据对比具有显著差异（P ＜0.05）。结论舒筋活络洗剂治疗骨折后膝关节挛缩效果显著。

목적：탐토서근활락세제재치료골절후슬관절련축중적림상효과。방법선취아원2013년6월～2015년1월수치적하지골절후슬관절련축환자67례，안수궤수자표법분위대조조33례，관찰조34례，대조조채용상규치료，관찰조환자채용서근활락세제치료，대비림상치료효과。결과관찰조치료유효솔현저고우대조조，치료후동통급기육련축평분개선정황우우대조조，수거대비구유현저차이（P ＜0.05）。결론서근활락세제치료골절후슬관절련축효과현저。
Objective To investigate Shujinhuoluo lotion in the treatment of bone fractures in the knee joint contracture clinical effect. Methods From June 2013 to January 2015, 67 patients with lower extremity fractures after knee contracture were admitted, were randomly divided into a control group of 33 patients, 34 cases of the observation group, the control group with conventional treatment, observation group treated with Shujinhuoluo lotion treatment, compared to clinical effect. Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the improvement of the pain and muscle contracture score after treatment was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Getting active lotion treatment after fracture knee contracture effect is significant.
