目的:研究单纯性肥胖儿童的社会适应能力。方法选取60名单纯肥胖的儿童作为观察组,60名正常体重的儿童作为对照组,采用儿童行为量表对两组儿童的社会能力和行为问题进行调查统计,分析单纯性肥胖儿童的社会适应能力。结果单纯性肥胖儿童的学习情况、社交能力、活动能力方面均要比正常体重的儿童差,差异有统计学意义,P <0.05,单纯肥胖儿童的攻击性和正常体重儿童差异无统计学意义,P >0.05,自卑感和危机、交往不良方面的差异有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论单纯性肥胖儿童的心理存在问题,使其社会适应能力较差,家长应该对此进行重视,根据儿童的肥胖情况,适当的进行干预。

Objective To study the social adaptability of simple obese children. Methods 60 children with pure obesity were selected as the observation group, 60 normal weight children as the control group, the social ability and behavior problems of the two groups were investigated by using the child behavior questionnaire. Results The learning situation, social ability and activity ability of simple obese children were significantly different than those of normal weight children. The differences were statistically significant, P<0.05, P>0.05 and normal weight children were not significantly different, and the differences were statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion Simple obesity children's psychological problems, so that their social adaptation ability is poor, parents should pay attention to this, according to the children's obesity, appropriate intervention.
