当前非传统安全在藏区的影响日益凸显，藏区的稳定与和谐成为我国西部大开发进一步深入的重要内容，而滇川藏毗连地区是连接内地和藏区的缓冲区，该区域从古至今是一个内聚度高、联动性强的整体区域，具有维系我国稳定和边疆安宁、扶贫攻坚、调解我国生态平衡区和能源储备的区域功能；该区域由于藏缅语族族群的迁徙频繁和聚合紧密、民族文化多样性与地域文化多元性的复合并存、区域经济发展的联动性突出，清代以来中央王朝就逐渐重视该区域的整体治理等使得这里整体性研究价值凸显。
噹前非傳統安全在藏區的影響日益凸顯，藏區的穩定與和諧成為我國西部大開髮進一步深入的重要內容，而滇川藏毗連地區是連接內地和藏區的緩遲區，該區域從古至今是一箇內聚度高、聯動性彊的整體區域，具有維繫我國穩定和邊疆安寧、扶貧攻堅、調解我國生態平衡區和能源儲備的區域功能；該區域由于藏緬語族族群的遷徙頻繁和聚閤緊密、民族文化多樣性與地域文化多元性的複閤併存、區域經濟髮展的聯動性突齣，清代以來中央王朝就逐漸重視該區域的整體治理等使得這裏整體性研究價值凸顯。

With the current non-traditional security problems in the Tibetan-inhabited areas becom-ing increasingly prominent,the stability and harmony there have constituted a major part in the process of further development of west China.As an important region connecting the interior land and Tibet of China,the area adjoining Yunnan,Tibet and Sichuan is a buffer zone which has been an inte-grated area with high cohesion and strong linkage since ancient times,playing a vital role in maintai-ning China's stability and border peace,aiding the poor,adjusting the regional eco-balance,as well as conserving energy resources.The overall research value of this area is highlighted by the frequent mi-grations and exchanges of Tibeto-Burman ethnic groups,the integration and coexistence of its diverse ethnic and regional cultures,the strong linkage of the regional economic development and the empha-sis on the comprehensive management by the Central Government since the Qing dynasty.
