文化影响居民消费的表现为居民消费存在目标消费率,而且表现出比较稳定的特性. 以过度消费的欧美国家与消费不足的东亚48个国家和地区1978-2007年的面板数据为研究对象,研究文化对居民消费的影响. 首先根据单变量组间差异检验及回归分析确定居民消费的影响因素,利用居民消费的拟合值作为目标消费率的衡量指标之一. 其次运用部分调整模型证明居民目标消费率的存在. 最后运用马尔科夫状态转移矩阵证明各个国家居民消费的稳定性. 研究表明:居民消费存在目标消费率,并且由于国家内部的个体效应,各国居民消费长期来看具有稳定性.

This article study the culture 's influence on residents ' consumption. Culture is hard to change, thus, the performance of culture 's influence on the residents ' consumption is residents ' consumption exists target consumption rate, with relatively stable characteristics. The article using panel data covering 48 countries over the year 1978 to 2007 from Europe America ( excessive consumption ) and East Asia ( insufficient consumption ) with excessive consumption of European and American countries and consumption shortage of east Asian countries and countries and regions in 1978-2007 panel data as the research object, determines the influence factors of household consumption according to the single variable interclass difference test and regression analysis, then use partial adjustment model proves the existence of household target consumption rate, and the existence of household consumption stability in each country using the Markov state transition matrix. The results show that: there is household target consumption rate, and household consumption stability in various countries in the long term because of the internal individual effect.
