    综述了近年来外源激素在野葛愈伤组织诱导、芽的分化培养、生根培养与植株再生、驯化移栽4个阶段的应用及研究成果，为野葛快速繁殖技术的相关研究提供一定参考。
    종술료근년래외원격소재야갈유상조직유도、아적분화배양、생근배양여식주재생、순화이재4개계단적응용급연구성과，위야갈쾌속번식기술적상관연구제공일정삼고。
    This paper summarized the progress of phytohormone application in tissue culture and rapid propagation of Pueraria lobata ( Willd. ) Ohwi, including callus induction, adventitious shoot differentiation, rooting and plant regeneration, transplanting domestication. We hoped that it could provide some useful information for the further research on rapid propagation of Pueraria lobata ( Willd. ) Ohwi.
