目的：探讨小白花地榆总皂苷的急性毒性反应。方法选用SPF级健康昆明小鼠60只，采用灌胃给药法给予小白花地榆总皂苷，24 h内给药2次，每次间隔8 h，记录小鼠病死情况及检测存活小鼠血液指标，计算小白花地榆总皂苷的LD50。结果小白花地榆总皂苷LD50为67.24 g/kg，其95%置信区间为63.04～71.72 g/kg。结论小白花地榆总皂苷毒性较低。
목적：탐토소백화지유총조감적급성독성반응。방법선용SPF급건강곤명소서60지，채용관위급약법급여소백화지유총조감，24 h내급약2차，매차간격8 h，기록소서병사정황급검측존활소서혈액지표，계산소백화지유총조감적LD50。결과소백화지유총조감LD50위67.24 g/kg，기95%치신구간위63.04～71.72 g/kg。결론소백화지유총조감독성교저。
[Absstract]Objective To observe the acute toxicity of totalsaponins of Sanguisorba parviflora(Maxim.)Takeda. Methods Selection of SPF grade healthy Kunming mice 60,The intragastric administration was given total saponins of Sanguisorba parviflora,24 h administered 2 times,each time interval of 8 h,record dead mice and detection of live mice blood indicators,calculated the median lethal dose of total saponins ofSanguisorba parviflora(Maxim.)Takeda. Results The median lethal dose of the total saponins was 67.24 g/kg.and its 95% confident limit was 63.04~71.72 g/kg. Conclusion There is lower toxicity total saponins ofSanguisorba parviflora(Maxim.)Takeda.
