In 30 years of development, Hebei Self-taught Examination adheres to meet the needs of all kinds of professional personnel in Hebei’s economic construction and social development, and to improve the laborer’s quality and the educatee’s academic level, and to resolve the obvious contradictions of the shortage in the higher education resources in Hebei province, and to promote the coordinated and sustainable development of the province at all levels of education.
