多数电力系统控制和保护装置都需要根据系统电压的频率,动态调整AD采样间隔,这种测量手段存在一些固有的缺陷,因此需要一种实用有效的频率跟踪手段.本文阐述了频率跟踪的必要性,分析了目前广泛使用的频率跟踪方法的不足,提出了基于采样点值的新型频率跟踪方法,并通过RTDS实时数字仿真工具验证该频率跟踪方法在电力系统谐波和故障作用下的性能.

The majority of power system control and protection devices need toadjust the AD sampling time dynami?cally according to the frequency of the voltage. As these measuring methods have inherent defects,it needs a practi?cal and effective mean of frequency tracking. This paper describedthe necessity of frequency tracking,ana?lyzedthedeficiency of frequency tracking methods which are widely used at present. We proposed a new tracking methodbased on the frequency of the sampling point value,and verifiedthe validity of the method by the RTDSin the situationof power system harmonics and fault.
