目的：探讨儿童结膜炎诊断与治疗措施。方法将我院收治的儿童结膜炎患者100例179眼首先进行结膜炎诊断,随后按入院时间随机分为实验组与对照组,每组50例,试验组给予氧氟沙星滴眼液,对照组则给予青霉素滴眼液,分别观察并记录比较两组患儿的治疗效果,记录内容包括眼分泌物消失的时间,眼角膜充血消失的时间,角膜透明的时间等可以证明患儿病状好转或康复的项目内容,进行对比,分析治疗措施的疗效。结果治疗后,试验组患儿中有效率为99%,明显高于对照组84%(2=3.84,<0.05)；试验组患儿的眼分泌物消失的时间,眼角膜充血消失的时间,角膜透明的时间明显短于对照组患儿。结论氧氟沙星滴眼液效果极佳,在儿童结膜炎的治疗方面可以有效提高治愈率。
