冠心病心绞痛是近些年来高致死率疾病之一，是以胸闷、胸痛为主要的临床表现。现从西医研究概况、致病因素、西医治疗和中医的病因病机、治疗等方面综述冠心病心绞痛的研究进展，为降低冠心病心绞痛发生率和治疗冠心病心绞痛，为提高患者的生活质量提供理论依据。

In recent years, angina pectoris of coronary heart diseaseis one of the high death rate disease, chest tightness, chest pain to the main clinical manifestations.
