目的 观察胃旁路术对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖和脂联素的影响.方法 120只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组(C组)、手术实验组(O组)和假手术实验组(S组).O和S组建立2型糖尿病模型.术前和术后不同时间用酶联免疫吸附试验等方法检测血糖、体质量、脂联素的变化.结果 与术前比较,O组大鼠在术后第2周空腹和随机血糖降至(7.26±2.07) mmol/L和(11.66±2.68) mmol/L;血清脂联素提高到(7.05±1.23) mg/L;在术后第4周体质量降至(199.00±12.26) mg;肝脏脂联素提高到(1.23±0.42) μg/mg(P <0.05).而C和S组的变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 胃旁路术能降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖和体质量,提高血清和肝脏脂联素.

목적 관찰위방로술대2형당뇨병대서혈당화지련소적영향.방법 120지Wistar대서수궤분위대조조(C조)、수술실험조(O조)화가수술실험조(S조).O화S조건립2형당뇨병모형.술전화술후불동시간용매련면역흡부시험등방법검측혈당、체질량、지련소적변화.결과 여술전비교,O조대서재술후제2주공복화수궤혈당강지(7.26±2.07) mmol/L화(11.66±2.68) mmol/L;혈청지련소제고도(7.05±1.23) mg/L;재술후제4주체질량강지(199.00±12.26) mg;간장지련소제고도(1.23±0.42) μg/mg(P <0.05).이C화S조적변화차이무통계학의의(P>0.05).결론 위방로술능강저당뇨병대서적혈당화체질량,제고혈청화간장지련소.
Objective To observe the influnce of gastric bypass surgery on blood glucose and adiponectin in type 2 diabetes rats.Methods 120 Wistar rats were randomly allocated into control group (group C,n=20),surgery group (group O,n=60) and sham operation group (group S,n=40).In group O and group C the model of type 2 diabetes mellitus was established.The changes of body weigh,blood glucose and adiponectin were observed by blood glucose meter and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay preoperatively and postoperatively.Results The fasting and random blood glucose in group O was decreased to (7.26 ± 2.07) mmol/L and (11.66 ± 2.68) mmol/L,and the serum adiponectin in group O increased to (7.05 ± 1.23) mg/L in the sencond week postoperatively (P < 0.05).The body weight in group O was decreased to (199.00 ± 12.26) mg and the hepatic adiponectin increased to (1.23 ± 0.42) μg/mg in the forth week postoperatively (P <0.05).But the change in group C and group S had no statistically significant difference before and after the operation.Conclusion Gastric bypass surgery can decrease blood glucose and body weight in diabetic rats.It can elevate the adiponectin in serum and liver too.
