采用荧光偏振技术,运用荧光光谱法、紫外光谱法和三维荧光光谱法研究了在pH=7的PBS缓冲介质中,不同浓度的丽春红S(Ponceau S)和一定量牛血清白蛋白(bovine serum albumin,BSA,以下简称 BSA)的光谱作用.荧光光谱表明随着染料浓度的增加,荧光偏振强度(FP)呈下降的趋势,其关系式为:F0/F =0.0011C+1.1435,R=0.9938,说明丽春红S与BSA相互作用产生了荧光猝灭;紫外光谱表明,随着染料浓度的增加,吸光度呈增大的趋势.

The spectral effects of S(S Ponceau)with different concentration and serum bovine(BSA)with certain amount in the buffer medium of PBS with pH=7 were studied by fluorescence polarization technique,fluorescence spectroscopy,UV spectroscopy and three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy. Fluorescence spectra showed that the intensity of fluorescence polarization(FP)decreased with the increase of dye concentration,and the relationship was:=0.0011C+1.1435 R=0.9938,F0/F. That meant fluorescence quenching was produced by the interaction of Pon?ceau S and bovine serum albumin(BSA);UV spectra showed that with the increase of the dye concentration,absor?bance had a roughly increasing trend.
