教师资格考试是《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020年）》确立的改革项目之一。国家教师教育课程标准是教师资格考试科目“教育知识与能力”的上位标准。创新“教育知识与能力”测评理念，注重能力考核、科学设计试题试卷、鼓励创造性答题，充分利用“教育知识与能力”考试的评定功能、导向功能、诊断功能和管理功能，促进教师教育课程改革，不断提高教师培养质量。
教師資格攷試是《國傢中長期教育改革和髮展規劃綱要（2010—2020年）》確立的改革項目之一。國傢教師教育課程標準是教師資格攷試科目“教育知識與能力”的上位標準。創新“教育知識與能力”測評理唸，註重能力攷覈、科學設計試題試捲、鼓勵創造性答題，充分利用“教育知識與能力”攷試的評定功能、導嚮功能、診斷功能和管理功能，促進教師教育課程改革，不斷提高教師培養質量。
교사자격고시시《국가중장기교육개혁화발전규화강요（2010—2020년）》학립적개혁항목지일。국가교사교육과정표준시교사자격고시과목“교육지식여능력”적상위표준。창신“교육지식여능력”측평이념，주중능력고핵、과학설계시제시권、고려창조성답제，충분이용“교육지식여능력”고시적평정공능、도향공능、진단공능화관리공능，촉진교사교육과정개혁，불단제고교사배양질량。
National Teacher Certification Examination is one of the reform programs identified in The National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline(2010-2020). The examination subject of Educational Knowledge and Ability is based on National Teacher Education Curriculum Standards. Innovating assessment ideas of Educational Knowledge and Ability should focus on paying much more attention to ability assessment, designing items and test papers scientifically, encouraging answer questions creatively and making full use of test functions of evaluation, guidance, diagnosis and management so as to promote the reform of teacher education curriculum and constantly improve the quality of teacher training.
