中线法堆坝具有坝轴线垂直上升，粗、细尾矿分级排放的特点，克服了上游法堆坝坝体结构复杂、稳定较差的缺陷，由于我国南方存在汛期排洪压力大、外坡冲刷严重的问题，其推广应用受到一定限制。针对德兴铜矿4＃尾矿库，采用现场考察和应用相结合的研究方法，提出了一段底流充填技术、坝面防冲刷技术、截洪沟优化设计、植被护坡、坝脚沉砂技术、水位在线监测及洪水预警系统建设，“汛前抓预防，汛中抓落实，汛后抓总结”等应对汛期极端天气、解决坡面冲刷的技术和管理措施。实践结果表明：中线法尾矿堆坝可以适用于南方多雨地区，其防洪度汛技术和管理措施是实用的、有效的，为中线法堆坝工程提供有益借鉴。

The dam dammed by upstream method with defects of complex dam structure and poor stability is overcomed by middle line damming method with the characteristics of dam axis rising in verti-cal and coarse and fine tailings grading emissions.The flood drainage pressure is high and external slope erosion is serious in the southern rainy regions in our country during the flood season,so,the application of middle line damming method is restricted.Taking the 4#tailings pond as the research object,the tech-nical and management methods of a bottom flow filling method,anti-erosion technique of dam surface, optimization design of intercepting flood ditch,slope protection with vegetable,method of sand setting in the bottom of dam,construction of water online monitoring system and flood warning system are proposed, and prevention is focused in the period of pre-flood,while the flood season coming,the implementation of technical and management methods are valued,after the flood season,the working effects are summa-rized.They are proposed to deal with the extreme weather during the flood season and slope erosion by the research thoughts of combination of scene investigation and application.The results show that,middle line damming method can be applied to the southern rainy regions,the technical and management meth-ods proposed in this paper is practical and effective,which can provide references for the dam projects by middle line damming method.
