目的:观察同伴教育在社区2型糖尿病患者自我管理中的应用效果。方法选取60例2型糖尿病患者,将其以社区为单位分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,实验组实施同伴教育。结果6个月后,实验组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平均明显低于对照组,而自我管理能力明显高于对照组(均<0.05)。结论同伴教育是一种行之有效的社区健康教育形式,能极大提高2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为。

Objective To observe the ef ect of peer education in self management of patients with type 2 diabetes mel itus in community.Methods They were divided into two groups, the control group was given routine nursing intervention, the experimental group for the first half of the peer education.Results After six months, the fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2h blood glucose levels were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group, while the self management knowledge and self-management ability were significantly higher than those in the control group ( <0.05).Conclusion Peer education is a kind of practical scientific community health education form, which can greatly improve the self-management behavior of patients with type 2 diabetes.
