目的：观察肝脏移植术后，应用免疫抑制药他克莫司（FK506）患者的临床评价。方法回顾性分析5例肝移植患者的临床资料，术后连续监测他克莫司血药浓度，观察术后2年内肝功能的生化指标。结果术后他克莫司血药浓度1～10 ng/ml，肝功能均正常或接近正常。结论他克莫司抗排斥反应疗效稳定，临床疗效显著。
目的：觀察肝髒移植術後，應用免疫抑製藥他剋莫司（FK506）患者的臨床評價。方法迴顧性分析5例肝移植患者的臨床資料，術後連續鑑測他剋莫司血藥濃度，觀察術後2年內肝功能的生化指標。結果術後他剋莫司血藥濃度1～10 ng/ml，肝功能均正常或接近正常。結論他剋莫司抗排斥反應療效穩定，臨床療效顯著。
목적：관찰간장이식술후，응용면역억제약타극막사（FK506）환자적림상평개。방법회고성분석5례간이식환자적림상자료，술후련속감측타극막사혈약농도，관찰술후2년내간공능적생화지표。결과술후타극막사혈약농도1～10 ng/ml，간공능균정상혹접근정상。결론타극막사항배척반응료효은정，림상료효현저。
Objective To observe the liver transplantation, application of immunosuppressive drugs tacrolimus (FK506) in patients with clinical evaluation. Methods A retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 5 patients with liver transplantation, postoperative continuous monitoring of tacrolimus blood drug concentration, observed the biochemical indicators of liver function after 2 years. Results Postoperative tacrolimus blood concentrations in 1 to 10 ng/mL range, liver function is normal or near normal. Conclusion Tacrolimus anti-rejection reaction stable curative effect, clinical curative effect is remarkable.
