行业运输生产特性的客观要求、高等教育的本质要求和大学生职业发展的内在需要是开展轨道交通专业大学生职业道德教育的必要性所在。在教育途径上，既要充分发挥思想政治理论课的主渠道作用，也要积极开设铁路职业道德教育专门课程；既要注重专业课教学中职业道德内容的渗透，也要加强实践环节中的职业道德示范作用；同时还应加强校园文化对职业道德的隐性教育，尝试发挥半军事化管理模式对职业道德养成的促进作用。

The objective requirements of the industry transportation production characteristics,the essential requirements of the higher education and the inner need for the professional development of the college students are the necessities of developing professional ethics education for the rail transportation majors.On the educational approach,it is necessary to give full play to the main channel of ideological and political theory courses,but also actively offer specialized courses of railway ethics educa-tion;it is necessary to focus on courses in the teaching of ethical content,but also to strengthen the practical aspects of profes-sional ethics role model;we should also strengthen the campus culture of ethics implicit education and try to play a catalytic role in quasi -military management model to develop a work ethic.
