目的:分析儿童危重症患者血液 P-选择素与 E-选择素的变化及与患者病程严重程度及预后的关系。方法挑选在我院进行治疗的危重症患儿30例,作为为研究组,采集患儿的血液,另选取在我院进行其他疾病治疗并留有血液样本的患儿30例,将其归为对照组,将研究组患儿及对照组患儿的血液样本进行 P-选择素与 E-选择素的检测对比,并比较患儿在急性发作期及恢复期 P-选择素与 E-选择素浓度,分析其关系。结果对照组患儿的 P-选择素与 E-选择素明显低于研究组患儿,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05);急性发作期危重症患儿的 P-选择素与 E-选择素明显高于恢复期危重症患儿,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论儿童危重症患儿的血液 P-选择素与 E-选择素有显著升高,且 P-选择素与 E-选择素越高,说明患儿的病情越严重。

목적:분석인동위중증환자혈액 P-선택소여 E-선택소적변화급여환자병정엄중정도급예후적관계。방법도선재아원진행치료적위중증환인30례,작위위연구조,채집환인적혈액,령선취재아원진행기타질병치료병류유혈액양본적환인30례,장기귀위대조조,장연구조환인급대조조환인적혈액양본진행 P-선택소여 E-선택소적검측대비,병비교환인재급성발작기급회복기 P-선택소여 E-선택소농도,분석기관계。결과대조조환인적 P-선택소여 E-선택소명현저우연구조환인,차이존재통계학의의(P <0.05);급성발작기위중증환인적 P-선택소여 E-선택소명현고우회복기위중증환인,차이존재통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론인동위중증환인적혈액 P-선택소여 E-선택소유현저승고,차 P-선택소여 E-선택소월고,설명환인적병정월엄중。
Objective To analyze children critically ill patients blood P-select element and the change of the E-select element and relationship with the course of the disease severity and prognosis of patients. Methods Selected 30 critically ill patients as a team in our hospital for treatment, collect the patient's blood, the other selection in our hospital for other diseases treatment and had blood samples of 30 cases of children, to be classified as the control group, the group of children and children with blood samples in the control group (P-compared with the detection of E-select element, and compared with in the acute phase and convalescence and the choice of E-P- select element concentration, analysis of the relationship. Results In the control group with E-P- select element selection for children with significantly lower than the team differences statistically significant (P<0.05). Acute phase of critically ill children with E-P-select element selection, significantly higher than the recovery critically ill children, differences are statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Children critically ill children with blood P-select element and E-known as the marked increase in the choice, and the P-choose element with E-select the higher, the more severe the patient.
