河南某铁矿石中的铁主要以磁铁矿形式存在,为确定该矿石的高效、低耗开发利用工艺,进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,采用粗磨弱磁粗选—再磨弱磁精选+磁场筛选机精选流程比采用粗磨弱磁粗选—再磨单一弱磁精选流程,可以在较粗的磨矿细度下获得更高品位的铁精矿。因此,磁场筛选机工艺是高效节能新工艺,具有广阔的应用前景。

Iron mainly exists in the form of magnetite in an iron ore in Henan.In order to find a relatively high efficiency and low development method for utilization of the ore,beneficiation test was con-ducted.Results show that through coarse grinding and low intensity magnetic separation -regrinding and low intensity magnetic cleaning separation +cleaning using magnetic field screening machine can obtain high grade iron concentrate at relatively coarse grinding fineness compared with coarse grinding and low intensity magnetic separation -regrinding and single low intensity magnetic cleaning separation.Thus, magnetic field screening process is a new high efficiency and energy saving technology,has broad appli-cation prospects.
