江西某铜硫矿石含铜0.952%、含硫4.77%,为确定其合适的选矿工艺流程,以石灰为硫抑制剂,MA-1+MOS 为组合捕收剂优先浮铜,选铜尾矿以硫酸为黄铁矿的活化剂,丁基黄药为捕收剂进行了选矿试验,实验室闭路试验获得了含铜21.37%、铜回收率为91.78%的铜精矿,含硫28.62%、硫回收率为62.15%的硫精矿,选矿指标较理想。

There is 0.952% copper and 4.77% sulfur in a copper sulfide ore in Jiangxi Province. In order to find the proper mineral processing process for the ore,beneficiation experiments were conduc-ted using lime as sulfur inhibitor,MA-1 +MOS as combined collector for copper preferential flotation, sulfuric acid as pyrite activator and butyl xanthate as collector to deal with copper tailings for sulfur flota-tion.Copper concentrate with 21.37% Cu and recovery of 91.78%,sulfur concentrate with 28.62% S and recovery of 62.15% is obtained,thus the process indexes is ideal.
