青海海西五龙沟金矿石含金3.94 g/t,金主要以超显微状态存在于毒砂和黄铁矿等金属硫化物中。为高效开发利用该矿石资源,以矿石工艺矿物学研究结果为基础,进行了浮选选矿试验。结果表明,矿石在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm 占75%的情况下,采用1粗2精2扫、中矿顺序返回闭路浮选流程处理,最终可获得金品位为36.42 g/t、回收率为86.66%的金精矿产品,选矿技术经济指标较好。

Gold grade of a gold ore in Wulonggou,Qinghai Province,is 3.94 g/t.Gold mainly ex-ists in arsenopyrite,pyrite,etc.metal sulfides in form of ultramicroscopic state.For the efficient exploi-tation and utilization of the ore,based on the ore process mineralogy research results,flotation experi-ments were carried out.Results show that:at the grinding fineness of -0.074 mm accounted for 75%, through one roughing -two cleaning -two scavenging,and middlings back to the flowsheet in turn process,gold concentrate with 36.42 g/t gold and recovery rate of 86.66% was obtained,both the tech-nical and economic indexes are good.
