目的：深入研究倍他乐克（琥珀酸美托洛尔）与吲达帕胺对高血压病患的治疗效果。方法选取2013年3月～2014年3月在我院接受住院治疗的高血压病患90人，将这些病患随机分成两组，实验组与对照组，每组共有病患45人，为对照组中的病患提供吲达帕胺药物进行治疗，为实验组中的病患联合提供吲达帕胺与倍他乐克药物进行治疗，连续治疗2个月后，观察药物对两组病患的代谢、血压、电解质、心电图的影响，并使用统计学方法对比分析两组病患的治疗总有效率。结果实验组中病患的治疗总有效率为95.6%，对照组中病患的治疗总有效率为80%，实验组高于对照组，P ＜0.05，具有统计学差异意义。结论在临床治疗高血压病患时，联合使用吲达帕胺与倍他乐克药物，不仅治疗效果好，而且副作用小。
목적：심입연구배타악극（호박산미탁락이）여신체파알대고혈압병환적치료효과。방법선취2013년3월～2014년3월재아원접수주원치료적고혈압병환90인，장저사병환수궤분성량조，실험조여대조조，매조공유병환45인，위대조조중적병환제공신체파알약물진행치료，위실험조중적병환연합제공신체파알여배타악극약물진행치료，련속치료2개월후，관찰약물대량조병환적대사、혈압、전해질、심전도적영향，병사용통계학방법대비분석량조병환적치료총유효솔。결과실험조중병환적치료총유효솔위95.6%，대조조중병환적치료총유효솔위80%，실험조고우대조조，P ＜0.05，구유통계학차이의의。결론재림상치료고혈압병환시，연합사용신체파알여배타악극약물，불부치료효과호，이차부작용소。
Objective In order to further study of betaloc with indapamide treatment effects of hypertensive patients. Methods From March 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital to accept hypertension patients hospitalized with 90 people, these patients were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group, each group a total of 45 patients, the patients in control group with indapamide drug treatment, the patients in experimental group combined with indapamide and betaloc drug treatment,after treatment for 2 months in a row, observe the metabolism of the drugs on two groups of patients, blood pressure, electrolyte, the influence of the electrocardiogram , and the use of statistical methods comparative analysis of two groups of patients with total effective treatment. Conclusion Patients with clinical treatment of high blood pressure, combined with indapamide and betaloc drugs, not only the treatment effect is good, and small side effects, should promote the use scope in the clinical treatment.
