目的:探讨并发症及脑梗死面积对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者凝血功能指标及 D‐二聚体(DD)水平的影响。方法收集249例 ACI 患者,检测其凝血功能指标及血浆 DD 水平,按不同并发症或梗死面积分组进行统计学分析。结果不同并发症的 ACI 各组血浆 DD 、纤维蛋白原(Fib)水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05),凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT )差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。 ACI 合并高血压和冠心病患者纤维蛋白原降解产物(FDP)水平较健康对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。单纯 ACI 组 Fib 水平与 ACI 合并高血压和糖尿病患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),ACI 合并高血压和冠心病组 DD 水平显著高于单纯 ACI 组(P<0.05)。大面积脑梗死患者 Fib 、DD 及 FDP 水平显著高于小面积脑梗死患者(P <0.01)。结论 ACI 患者血浆DD 、Fib 水平升高且与并发症及脑梗死面积有关。
目的:探討併髮癥及腦梗死麵積對急性腦梗死(ACI)患者凝血功能指標及 D‐二聚體(DD)水平的影響。方法收集249例 ACI 患者,檢測其凝血功能指標及血漿 DD 水平,按不同併髮癥或梗死麵積分組進行統計學分析。結果不同併髮癥的 ACI 各組血漿 DD 、纖維蛋白原(Fib)水平顯著高于健康對照組(P<0.05),凝血酶原時間(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶時間(APTT)、凝血酶時間(TT )差異無統計學意義(P >0.05)。 ACI 閤併高血壓和冠心病患者纖維蛋白原降解產物(FDP)水平較健康對照組顯著升高(P<0.05)。單純 ACI 組 Fib 水平與 ACI 閤併高血壓和糖尿病患者差異有統計學意義(P<0.05),ACI 閤併高血壓和冠心病組 DD 水平顯著高于單純 ACI 組(P<0.05)。大麵積腦梗死患者 Fib 、DD 及 FDP 水平顯著高于小麵積腦梗死患者(P <0.01)。結論 ACI 患者血漿DD 、Fib 水平升高且與併髮癥及腦梗死麵積有關。
목적:탐토병발증급뇌경사면적대급성뇌경사(ACI)환자응혈공능지표급 D‐이취체(DD)수평적영향。방법수집249례 ACI 환자,검측기응혈공능지표급혈장 DD 수평,안불동병발증혹경사면적분조진행통계학분석。결과불동병발증적 ACI 각조혈장 DD 、섬유단백원(Fib)수평현저고우건강대조조(P<0.05),응혈매원시간(PT)、활화부분응혈활매시간(APTT)、응혈매시간(TT )차이무통계학의의(P >0.05)。 ACI 합병고혈압화관심병환자섬유단백원강해산물(FDP)수평교건강대조조현저승고(P<0.05)。단순 ACI 조 Fib 수평여 ACI 합병고혈압화당뇨병환자차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),ACI 합병고혈압화관심병조 DD 수평현저고우단순 ACI 조(P<0.05)。대면적뇌경사환자 Fib 、DD 급 FDP 수평현저고우소면적뇌경사환자(P <0.01)。결론 ACI 환자혈장DD 、Fib 수평승고차여병발증급뇌경사면적유관。
Objective To investigate the influence of complications and cerebral infarction area on the coagula‐tion function indicators and D‐dimer(DD) level in the patient swith acute cerebral infarction(ACI) .Methods 249 ca‐ses of ACI were collected as the ACI group and detected plasma DD and coagulation function indicators .The detection data were analyzed statistically according to different complications or infarction areas .Results The levels of plasma DD and Fib in the ACI groups with different complications were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(P< 0 .05) ,while the differences of prothrombin time(PT ) ,activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT ) and thrombin time(TT ) showed no statistical significance between the two groups(P> 0 .05) .In addition ,the fibrinogen degradation product(FDP) level in the ACI complicating hypertension and diabetes group was significantly increased compared with the healthy control group ;the Fib level had statistical difference between the simple ACI group and the ACI complicating hypertension and diabetes group(P< 0 .05) ,the DD level in the ACI complicating hypertension and coronary heart disease group was significantly higher than that in the simple ACI group(P< 0 .05) .The Fib ,DD and FDP levels in the massive cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those in the small area cerebral infarction group(P< 0 .01) .Conclusion The levels of plasma DD and Fib are increased in ACI patients and related with complications and cerebral infarction area .
