以某220 kV变电站主变变低管型母线缺陷试验为例,综合分析了红外测温、紫外成像以及局部放电检测方法的有效性.结果表明:红外测温作为一种常规而普遍的带电测试方法,能及时有效发现管型母线的缺陷,紫外成像和局部放电检测则可帮助确诊缺陷,并针对不同的缺陷类型评估放电的严重程度,为停电检修提供参考.

The effectiveness of infrared temperature measurement, ultraviolet imaging, and partial discharge (PD) test was analyzed by testing the defects of tubular busbar in the low voltage side of a 220 kV main transformer substation in Shenzhen. The results show that the infrared temperature measure-ment could discover the defects of tubular busbar timely and effectively as a conventional and general test method, and the ultraviolet imaging and PD test could help confirm the diagnosis of defects. The method can evaluate the severity of discharge for different defects, and can provide reference for power-off maintenance.
