文章采用问卷调查的方法,探讨了留学生口语课堂活动和教材需求。结果发现:(1)课堂活动方面,学生最喜欢的是“老师给学生更多机会说话”和“纠正发音”;(2)教材方面,“有很多口语词和习惯用语”和“对生词和语法有比较详尽的解释”的教材最受学生青睐;亚洲学生更倾向于前者,而欧美学生更倾向于后者;(3)教材练习形式方面,最受学生欢迎的是“发音和朗读”练习。亚洲学生更偏爱“替换练习”和“完成句子和对话”,而欧美学生更喜欢“课堂游戏”和“辩论”。

This study examines the needs of the foreign students in the spoken-Chinese class and their textbooks through questionnaires.The results are as follows:(1 )in terms of class activities, what the students like most are more opportunities for speaking Chinese and the correcting of mispro-nunciation by teachers;(2)in terms of textbooks,the Asian students like textbooks with adequate o-ral words and idioms while the European and American students like textbooks with detailed explana-tion of new words and grammar;(3)in terms of exercises,most students like those of “pronunciation and reciting”;Asian students prefer those of “substitution”and “sentence completion”as well as dia-logue,while European and American students prefer “playing game”and “discussion”.
