目的：对医疗机构针灸科存在的医院感染控制薄弱环节，提出监管对策，预防和控制医院感染。方法对我市35家设置针灸科室的医疗机构进行现场调查并采样检测，发现可能造成医院感染的问题，分析并采取有效的控制措施。结果对医院针灸科布局流程、室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、消毒剂、医疗废物加强管理，有效控制医院感染。结论设施齐备、严格管理和加强监督是降低和控制医院感染的重要措施。
目的：對醫療機構針灸科存在的醫院感染控製薄弱環節，提齣鑑管對策，預防和控製醫院感染。方法對我市35傢設置針灸科室的醫療機構進行現場調查併採樣檢測，髮現可能造成醫院感染的問題，分析併採取有效的控製措施。結果對醫院針灸科佈跼流程、室內空氣、物體錶麵、醫護人員手、消毒劑、醫療廢物加彊管理，有效控製醫院感染。結論設施齊備、嚴格管理和加彊鑑督是降低和控製醫院感染的重要措施。
목적：대의료궤구침구과존재적의원감염공제박약배절，제출감관대책，예방화공제의원감염。방법대아시35가설치침구과실적의료궤구진행현장조사병채양검측，발현가능조성의원감염적문제，분석병채취유효적공제조시。결과대의원침구과포국류정、실내공기、물체표면、의호인원수、소독제、의료폐물가강관리，유효공제의원감염。결론설시제비、엄격관리화가강감독시강저화공제의원감염적중요조시。
Objective In order to prevent and control nosocomial infection in acumoxa department, we propose countermeasures and suggestions of supervision for the weakness in nosocomial infection. Methods Field investigation and sample detection were carried out in 35 medical institutions that equipped with acumoxa department. We analyze the possible reasons of nosocomial infection and take effective control measures. Results We effectively control hospital infection by strengthen the disirfection management in the following aspects: layout flow, room air, object surface, medicical staff hands, disinfectant and medicial waste. Conclusion Available facilities, strict management and strengthen supervision are the important measures to reduce and control the nosocomial infection.
