风电的随机性导致大规模风电的接纳成为当前电力系统面临的重要问题。考虑到风电和水电的互补性,提出用水电厂来平抑由于风速的波动性和间歇性导致的风电场输出功率波动,通过控制水轮机实现风水协同运行的控制,使水电厂和风电场向电力系统提供的有功功率按调度计划输出。针对水轮机的特点,提出导前微分控制方案。仿真结果表明,在PID控制基础上并联导前微分控制比常规PID控制方案具有更好的控制效果。风电与水电的协同运行可平抑风电输出功率的波动性,减少对电网的冲击,有利于电网的长期稳定运行。
風電的隨機性導緻大規模風電的接納成為噹前電力繫統麵臨的重要問題。攷慮到風電和水電的互補性,提齣用水電廠來平抑由于風速的波動性和間歇性導緻的風電場輸齣功率波動,通過控製水輪機實現風水協同運行的控製,使水電廠和風電場嚮電力繫統提供的有功功率按調度計劃輸齣。針對水輪機的特點,提齣導前微分控製方案。倣真結果錶明,在PID控製基礎上併聯導前微分控製比常規PID控製方案具有更好的控製效果。風電與水電的協同運行可平抑風電輸齣功率的波動性,減少對電網的遲擊,有利于電網的長期穩定運行。

The acceptance of large wind power is a problem because of the randomness of wind power. Taking into account the complementary between wind power and hydropower, a solution was proposed by using hydropower plants to stabilize the unstable wind power output caused by the volatility and intermittent wind speed. The control of wind farm and hydropower plant coordinating operation was realized by control the hydropower plant. It was guaranteed that the hydropower plant and wind farm together could provide active power as schedule. Considering to the characteristics of hydro-generator set, lead differential control scheme was put forward, adding a lead differential control on conventional PID control (LDPID). The simulation results show that this method has better control performance than the conventional control scheme. The complementary system could provide a smooth power output, which reduces the impact on the grid.
