国外某铁矿石嵌布粒度微细,为高效低耗开发利用该铁矿石资源,采用阶段磨矿阶段弱磁选工艺流程(流程1)和阶段磨矿阶段弱磁选—磁选柱提前提精—中矿再磨—2段弱磁精选工艺流程(流程2)分别进行了工艺条件研究。结果表明:流程1可获得铁品位68.64%、铁回收率为70.17%的铁精矿;流程2可获得铁品位为68.19%、铁回收率为70.28%的铁精矿;2个流程比较,流程2更高效节能。

In order high efficiently develop and utilize a foreign microfine disseminated iron ore with low cost,both stage grinding stage low intensity magnetic separation process (Process 1)and stage grinding stage low intensity magnetic separation -iron concentrate obtained by magnetic column in ad-vance -middlings regrinding -two stage low intensity magnetic cleaning separation process(Process 2)is conducted.Results indicated that:iron concentrate with iron grade of 68.64% and recovery of 70.17%can be obtained through Process 1;iron concentrate with iron grade of 68.19% and recovery of 70.28%can be obtained through Process 2;By comparison,Process 2 is more efficient and use less energy.
