目的:探索适用全科医学专业骨科实践新教学模式,为改革全科医师骨科实践教学提供依据。方法以我院2010级全科医学方向同学作为研究组,施行新的骨科实践模式教学,以同年制非全科医学方向同学作为对照组。收集理论考试、基本操作技能考核和病例分析考核三个项目成绩资料。采用 SPSS 17.0统计软件,对数据进行统计分析。结果396名临床医学专业同学纳入研究,其中65名同学作为研究组,331名同学作为对照组。理论考试成绩:研究组(82.2±7.6)与对照组(80.9±9.8)无明显统计学差异(P >0.05);基本操作技能考核成绩和病例分析考核成绩中研究组[(86.8±5.2),(92.8±5.2)]高于对照组[(70.5±10.2),(76.5±15.2)],P <0.05。结论全科医学在骨科课程内教学模式改革取得良好效果。

Objective To explore the new orthopedics practical teaching mode for the general medicine, and to provide the basis for the reform of the orthopedics practice teaching. Methods The general medical students of 2010 grade in our hospital were implemented the new orthopedics practice mode to teaching as the research group, and the other medical students of 2010 grade were used the control group. The data of theoretical examination, basic operational skills assessment and case analysis were collected. Results 396 clinical medical students were included in the study, including 65 students as the research group, 331 students as the control group. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the research group (82.2±7.6) and the control group (80.9±9.8) in the theoretical examination (P>0.05), the research group [(86.8±5.2),(92.8±5.2)] was significantly higher than the control group [(70.5±10.2), (76.5±15.2)] in the basic operational skills assessment and case analysis scores (P<0.05). Conclusion There were good effects in the reform of the orthopedics practical teaching mode for the general medicine.
