根据马斯洛需求层次理论,高职生只有在满足了较低层次的需求之后,才能够朝更高层次的需求发展,最终为了能够满足自我实现而不懈努力。为此,在高职院校班级管理过程中,应该基于高职生的特点,根据不同的情况,采取不同的班级管理策略来满足高职生不断发展的需求,进而促进高职生为了满足自我实现需求而不懈努力,最终达到高职生的全面发展。
根據馬斯洛需求層次理論,高職生隻有在滿足瞭較低層次的需求之後,纔能夠朝更高層次的需求髮展,最終為瞭能夠滿足自我實現而不懈努力。為此,在高職院校班級管理過程中,應該基于高職生的特點,根據不同的情況,採取不同的班級管理策略來滿足高職生不斷髮展的需求,進而促進高職生為瞭滿足自我實現需求而不懈努力,最終達到高職生的全麵髮展。

According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs,only to meet the needs of lower level of higher vocational students,to the higher level of demand development,finally in order to be able to meet the self -realization and make unremitting efforts. Therefore,in the process of classroom management in higher vocational colleges,should be based on the characteristics of high-er vocational students,according to the different situation,take different class management strategies to meet the needs of de-velopment of higher vocational students,and promote higher vocational students in order to meet the demand of self -realization and make unremitting efforts,finally achieve the all -round development of higher vocational students.
