目的:研究射频消融术与保守治疗小儿心律失常的远期疗效。方法:选取我院79例小儿心律失常者为研究对象,均采取射频消融术及保守药物治疗,比较患儿3月后临床疗效及随访4月-3年后各类型心律失常复发情况。结果:AVRT、AVNRT、AT、VT、AF治疗有效率均较高,IVF有效率偏低,但各组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后随访4月-3年,AVRT、AVNRT、AT、VT、AF复发率分别为5.71%、9.52%、37.50%、30.00%、20.00%,AT与IVF型复发率最高,与AVRT、AVNRT比较显著较高(P<0.05)。结论:射频消融术与保守治疗小儿心律失常近期疗效显著,可预防远期复发,具有较高的临床应用价值。

ObjectiveTo study the long-term effects of radiofrequency ablation and conservative treatment for pediatric arrhythmia.Methods79 cases of children with arrhythmia in the hospital were selected as the research object and all of them were treated with radiofrequency ablation and conservative drug. The clinical curative effect after 3 months and recurrence status of various types of arrhythmia after 4 months to 3 years of follow-up were compared.Results The effective rate of treating AVRT, AVNRT, AT, VT and AF were relatively higher while of treating IVF was relatively lower but the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The patients were followed up for 4 months to 3 years after operation and the recurrence rate of AVRT, AVNRT, AT, VT and AF were 5.71%, 9.52%, 37.50%, 30.00% and 20.00% respectively. The recurrence rates of AT and IVF type were the highest which wass significantly higher than those of AVRT and AVNRT (P < 0.05).ConclusionThe recent curative effect of radiofrequency ablation and conservative treatment for pediatric arrhythmia is significant which can prevent long-term recurrence and is of high clinical application value.
