目的:对比在植入微螺钉种植体支抗(MIA)时使用PRP混合物对种植体周围骨形成过程的影响。方法:选用8只成年健康杂种犬,雌雄不分,体重为8~17kg,随机分为等量4组,每组2只。选择犬上颌左右磨牙区的颊侧,沿近远中方向分别植入2枚植体加力互为支抗,按随机原则一枚放置PRP混合物,另一枚为空白对照,分别于术后1周、4周、8周、12周将动物处死获取标本,在显微镜下观察并进行BIC的测量、分析。结果:术后4、8周,实验组于对照组BIC有显著行差异,且实验组BIC较对照组明显增高。结论:使用PRP混合物在植入微螺钉种植体术后4、8周对种植体周围骨形成有明显促进作用。

목적:대비재식입미라정충식체지항(MIA)시사용PRP혼합물대충식체주위골형성과정적영향。방법:선용8지성년건강잡충견,자웅불분,체중위8~17kg,수궤분위등량4조,매조2지。선택견상합좌우마아구적협측,연근원중방향분별식입2매식체가력호위지항,안수궤원칙일매방치PRP혼합물,령일매위공백대조,분별우술후1주、4주、8주、12주장동물처사획취표본,재현미경하관찰병진행BIC적측량、분석。결과:술후4、8주,실험조우대조조BIC유현저행차이,차실험조BIC교대조조명현증고。결론:사용PRP혼합물재식입미라정충식체술후4、8주대충식체주위골형성유명현촉진작용。
Objective: To compare the change of peri-implant bone formation process in the implantation of micro-screw implant anchorage (MIA) whether to use a PRP mixture. Method: Selection of eight adult mongrel dogs, regardless of male and female, weight 8~17kg, were randomly divided into 4 groups of the same amount, 2 in each group. Choosing a dog bilateral maxillary molar area of buccal, along mesiodistal direction were implanted into two explants anchorage each other, according to the principle of random one placed PRP mixture, and the other one for the blank control, application of force, re-spectively, after 1 week, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, the animals were sacrificed to obtain samples, then go BIC measurement and analysis with observed under the microscope. Results: At 4 and 8 weeks after surgery, there are have significant differences between the experimental group and the control group , and the experimental group BIC was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion:The use of PRP mixture at 4 and 8 weeks after implantation of micro-screws can obviously promote bone formation around the implant.
