在概述重金属污染对植物的影响与植物对重金属的耐性研究概况的基础上,综述香蒲植物对重金属的累积和耐性特征,旨在充分挖掘香蒲植物的环保新用途,为水土重金属污染的植物修复提供科学依据。研究结果表明,一些植物对重金属具有根系累积、细胞壁结合、液泡区隔化以及抗氧化等耐性机制;香蒲植物生长繁殖快,生物量大,对重金属耐性较强,根系累积重金属量较大,是重金属污染植物修复的适合物种。

재개술중금속오염대식물적영향여식물대중금속적내성연구개황적기출상,종술향포식물대중금속적루적화내성특정,지재충분알굴향포식물적배보신용도,위수토중금속오염적식물수복제공과학의거。연구결과표명,일사식물대중금속구유근계루적、세포벽결합、액포구격화이급항양화등내성궤제;향포식물생장번식쾌,생물량대,대중금속내성교강,근계루적중금속량교대,시중금속오염식물수복적괄합물충。
Based on the introduction of damage of heavy metal pollution to plants and tolerance of plants to heavy metal contamination, this paper reviews the accumulation and tolerance of heavy metals in cattail plants to explore the new environmental application of cattail plants and offer new material and scientific basis for the phytoremediation of heavy metal contaminated water body and soil. Results indicate that several plants possess tolerance to heavy metal such as root accumulation, cell wall combination and vacuole compartment of heavy metals;cattail is a suitable plant for phytoremediation of environment contaminated by heavy metals due to its fast reproduction, big biomass, and strong tolerance to heavy metals.
