BaTiO3基正温度系数电阻( Positive temperature coefficient of resistivity,PTCR)陶瓷是一种重要的热敏材料.随着电子元器件的无铅化,开发高温无铅PTCR材料是一种必然的趋势.本文介绍了PTCR材料的特性和应用领域.然后从材料体系、施受主掺杂、PTCR效应机理等方面阐述了高温无铅PTCR材料的研究现状,并且展望了未来的发展趋势.

BaTiO3-based positive temperature coefficient of resistivity (PTCR) ceramics is an important group of thermal materials. With the requirement of unleaded electronic components, the development of high curie temperature lead-free PTCR materials is an inevitable trend. In the paper, an introduction to the characteristics and applications of PTCR materials was provided. The present research status of high curie temperature lead-free PTCR materials were also reviewed, including composition, donor and acceptor doping, as well as the mechanisms of PTCR effect. Finally, the future development of PTCR materials was expected.
