    Based on the principles of "three joints" for the talent training scheme of the chemistry (Pedagogical Education) in Tongren University, the requirements of business and enterprise were surveyed. The talent training scheme of the chemistry (Pedagogical Education) was studied and optimized to improve the quality of training application-oriented talents.
