数字医学就是将现代医学和数字化高新技术相结合，产生的一门新兴的交叉学科，在众多临床学科中已有许多成功的应用。数字医学技术的应用使一些以往无法诊断的疾病现在可以用数字化技术诊断，无法准确进行的治疗操作现在可用数字化技术保驾护航。同时，数字医学技术在胸部肿瘤的诊断、疗效的判定、肺小结节的定位及胸腔镜手术中也展现出了广阔的应用前景。该文就数字医学技术及其在胸外科中应用的研究进展予以综述。

Digital medicine is the combination of modern medicine and digital technology,a new rising cross subject,which has been applied successfully in numerous clinical disciplines. The application of digital medical technology realizes the diagnosis of diseases which couldn′t be diagnosed before,and can guide treat-ment operation accurately. At the same time,broad prospect of digital medical technology has been seen in the diagnosis and effect evaluation of chest tumor,localization and thoracoscopic operation of small lung nod-ules. Here is to make a review of the research progress in digital medical technology and its application in the thoracic surgery.
