目的：探讨护理风险管理在普外科病房中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的160例普通外科患者作为本次研究对象，并随机分为观察组和对照组各80例，对照组80例实施常规护理，观察组80例患者在常规护理的基础上强化护理风险管理，对比两组患者对护理工作的满意度。结果对照组80例患者中58例对护理效果表示满意，总满意度为72.5%，观察组80例患者中75例对护理效果表示满意，总满意度为93.75%，观察组护理效果明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义，<0.05。结论实施护理风险管理能有效保障普外科病房护理安全，提高患者满意度，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토호리풍험관리재보외과병방중적응용개치。방법선취아원수치적160례보통외과환자작위본차연구대상，병수궤분위관찰조화대조조각80례，대조조80례실시상규호리，관찰조80례환자재상규호리적기출상강화호리풍험관리，대비량조환자대호리공작적만의도。결과대조조80례환자중58례대호리효과표시만의，총만의도위72.5%，관찰조80례환자중75례대호리효과표시만의，총만의도위93.75%，관찰조호리효과명현우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의，<0.05。결론실시호리풍험관리능유효보장보외과병방호리안전，제고환자만의도，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the application value of nursing risk management in Department of general surgery. Methods Our hospital 160 cases of general surgical patients were selected as the research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 80 cases each. The control group (80 cases) received routine nursing, the observe group of 80 patients on the basis of routine nursing care to strengthen risk management of nursing, were compared between the two groups of patients to nursing work satisfaction. Results Control group (80 cases) patients in 58 cases of the nursing ef ect expressed satisfaction and total satisfaction was 72.5%, observation group 80 cases of patients in 75 cases of the nursing ef ect expressed satisfaction and total satisfaction was 93.75%and observe ef ects of nursing group was significantly bet er than the control group, the dif erence is statistical y significant ( <0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management can ef ectively protect the Department of general surgery ward nursing safety, improve patient satisfaction, it is worthy of clinical application.
